By using the Signtone app or website ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Signtone provides audio-based event check-in technology. Event organizers play a short ultrasonic tone at their venue. Attendees with the Signtone app can detect this tone to register their attendance automatically.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person, one account.
You agree not to:
If you use Signtone as an event organizer, you are responsible for informing attendees that audio-based check-in is in use at your event. You agree not to use attendance data for purposes beyond event management without attendee consent.
The Signtone name, logo, audio encoding technology, and app design are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
We aim to keep Signtone available, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Signtone is provided "as is." We're not liable for missed check-ins, audio detection failures, or any indirect damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months (which may be $0 if you're on a free plan).
You can stop using Signtone at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
